Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available for certain products only. If a custom order needs to be shipped, that needs to be discussed before the project begins.

NineRings WoodCraft uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground options by default. If faster shipping is required, then the customer needs to inform me in advance.

NineRings WoodCraft is not responsible for damage caused by shipping.  

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final after the customer accepts the product, or once the product is shipped.  If a product arrives damaged in shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper.  

​

While I will endeavor to do my best to remake a product (for the original fee) if the original is damaged in shipping, that may not always be possible.
