Do not put in the dishwasher. Handwash with mild dish detergent and warm water.
If cutting board begins to dry, reapply cutting board conditioner or food-safe mineral oil.
Cutting board can be sanded to 220 grit to remove knife marks. Reapply food-safe mineral oil or cutting board conditioner after sanding.
