How long will my order take to arrive?I carry minimal inventory, so almost all of my products are made when ordered. For cutting boards, it can take 2-3 weeks to produce, pack and ship your order, unless you have made other arrangements. Soap dishes may take up to a week to process. For custom orders, as part of the quote process, I will give an approximate timeline, and will keep you update throughout the process if that timeline changes.

Do you take custom orders?Absolutely! I'm always open to discussing new projects. I can make cutting boards, boxes, tables, trays. Pretty much if it's made of wood, I can probably figure out a way to make it for you. Just reach out to me on the contact page and let me know what it is you're looking for. Point me in the direction of some design ideas that you like. And I'll be in touch to see how we can get that project made for you.

I'm afraid to use my cutting baord because I don't want cover it in knife marks!Well, first of all, that's a statement, not a question. But not to worry! My cutting boards are very much meant to be used. They're made thick so that when they get all marked up, you can just sand them down. See the board care page for instructions. If you're local to Littleton, MA, and can drop your board off, I'd be happy to restore your wood cutting board, whether I made it or not. I'll sand and reoil your board for you for a $15 flat fee.

Do you do engraving on your products? Not yet. However, if that's a service that you're interested in, reach out and let me know. If enough people show an interest, then I can hurry that service along in my planning.
